This way, it will be possible to analyze customer satisfaction (NPS) in parallel with the company's performance in the financial market.

The user also has the right to request the company about the information collected, the purpose of its collection, as well as the correction, copy, removal, or cancellation of consent for the storage of this data, as established by Law 13,709/2018, within a period of 15 days.
Regardless of the purpose, whether sharing with service providers or other external entities, we only process and share your personal information in accordance with the terms set out in this document.
